About Us

Joutil Lda, is a family Company with over 45 years of market experience and was founded by the family of Emídio Maria da Silva, a pioneer in Portugal in plastic mould Technology.

The Company is located in the heart of the Portuguese plastics industry region.
We supply injected plastic moulds, and also the manufacture of tools using our extensive knowledge of various materials and techniques, combined with a complete and qualified understanding of the market requirements.

Manufacturing Equipment

Our manufacturing installation is equipped with modern, mould injection plant, with a closing force of 90 to a 1000 ton and an injection weight of 5.000 g.
We deal with our clients in a professional, flexible and prompt manner and quality is the cornerstone of a well implemented, successful project.
We manufacture plastic and biomaterial products for almost any use. We manufacture 24 hours a day, 5 days a week in three separate shifts.
Our manufacturing plant is capable of the large-scale manufacture of plastic components or small scale manufacture of smaller parts.
